CreomulsionAdult Cough Medicine, 4 Ounce (Pack of 3)

This Creomulsion cough mix reminds me a lot of the cough medicine I took as a kid. Specifically the old Vicks Formula 44, which was their extra strength cough mixture. Yes the taste of it is rather foul, but like some of the other reviewers here have stated, you get used it. And, in some ways kinda prefer it that way. Especially if you're still from the old ...Medicine has to taste bad to be good school. Whether you can stand the taste of this stuff or not, one thing it does do is work great. It silenced a very aggravating cough that was keeping me awake for 3 nights, and, it lasted for better than 5 hours. Much better than the more expensive Robitussun stuff I had in the house to be sure. It's not only very effective, but the price of it compared to all the other better known brands available is a downright bargain. It really packs a punch as far as its potency and I highly recommend it. Great stuff...Footnote: Just for the record, this order of 3 bottles of Creomulsion was originally damaged in transit and returned to Amazon. Amazon was excellent in resending it, but the second order arrived damaged as well. It was poorly packaged in my opinion with the air bubbles simply laid on top of the bottles rather than surrounding them. I decided to keep it anyway and left appropriate packaging feedback. In my opinion this experience should not be a determination in choosing this medicine. It works great and feel my experience was not the norm... : )

Even though I didn’t rate good the flavor, and warmth, it’s because its not good flavor, but I learned 30 yrs ago this was the best for coughs. I was young in my early twenties and my mother in law insisted for me to try it for my coughs, I hated the taste but it worked. Been using this since then for me and my children I pass it down my friends. This is a great product. And no alcohol or side effects. Love it!

This medicine was given to as a child and it has always worked

This OTC medicine should not be purchased if you are looking for a pleasant fruity tasting liquid. Understand that when some of us were little, parents would squeeze our nose shut and give us the directed amount of this same OTC medicine product because IT WORKED!!! And still does over 50 years from whenI was introduced to it. No I don't pinch my nose shut anymore.

I order Creomulsion every year because it works. I am unable to find it in any local store, but Amazon has a great price and fast delivery. I often say, the reason it works is because it taste so bad you are afraid you may have to take another dose! But, it really dose stop the cough and ease the scratchy throat. Hold your nose and swallow this thick emulsion down. You will feel better. Looses one star be ause of taste.
