No! This is not potassium nitrate. The back of the Raw NPK Potassium bag states that it is 50% Soluble Potash and the Potassium was derived from Potassium Sulfate. Just letting you know what I based my best belief response upon. ;-)

Yes it would help. Use 1/8 Teaspoon per gallon once per month.

Do you apply this every watering for cannabis?

You can apply this product to boost the levels of potassium or on an as needed basis to combat deficiencies in the plants. Potassium is pivotal in the plants production of sugars. If you can increase the brix high enough then sucking insect pest wont recognize your plants as food.
