Carkooler DIY Stitching Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel Cover - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I installed this steering wheel wrap on my 2015 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid, and I was impressed on how it made the old steering wheel looks very cool and also made it more comfortable to grip and steer with just one hand (palming the steering wheel on turns). The material appears to be of very good quality and the stitching (construction) on it is very good.Yes, it was quite a bitch to install. But, if you want a really well fitted custom look - you have to put a bit of an effort to get it. I worked the install and DIY stitching in quarters, taking me about an hour to an hour and a half for each quadrant over 3 days (weekend). It was really worth it. I get excited every time I finished a section coz I can see and feel how great it look. Also, it is true that the width of the leather wrap will overlap around the thickness of the steering wheel (to mine at least). However, I have anticipated this and to me it was not a problem. As with my experience installing steering wheel leather wraps (DIY stitching) on my other vehicles, I placed 1 inch strips of premium grip foam shelf liner (which you can buy cheaply from a lot of places like Lowes or Home Depot) between the bare steering wheel and the leather wrap with the help of the double sided tape included. After properly positioning all the materials in place, the rest was just stitching through the threads on the edges of the leather wrap. I started my stitching from a seam, ending on another/next seam. Then I rest and return to it until I finished. The result was very rewarding... a foamy, comfortable and cool looking custom stitched leather wrapped steering wheel that you'll enjoy every time you go for a drive. My only tiny fib is that RED band on the top (12 o'clock position) of the wheel. I do not have anything red on or in my car, and I may get tired of having that red colored half inch band. But that's not without an easy solution, a black sharpie would do the trick. All that said, I am very satisfied about this product that is also very reasonably priced. Delivery was real quick and all materials needed are included. All you need is some small sense of creativity and a LOT of patience.I highly recommend this product for Ford Fusion owners.

Will Take About 3 Hours To INSTALL if your quick like me
This is my first ever steering wheel cover I've installed by stitch, if your installing this in a Ford fusion be able to be skinny and squeeze around the steering wheel because when you get to the top and have to shove it in the back you have to be behind the steering wheel so be flexible, this steering wheel isn't that hard to install I thought I couldn't do it and would have to return it but no I did it in 3 hrs tops, and it looks great, take your time tho don't rush like me because I rushed and messed up a couple threads other than that its one of the best covers I've ever had, I'm not a fan of the fat ones that just slide on that you can get from Walmart too bulky but this one fits Perfect! Very easy to clean if needed, I didn't use the tape provided and did it just fine that's a personal preference, and it's made of a very good leather not that cheap crap, and doesn't get too hot in the sun! Welp that concludes my review enjoy! I wish anyone who buys this the best of luck, just take your time! Time = Quality,

Looks Good Feels Good!!
Feels smooth and when need to hold on tight Feels solid in hand been driving with it on for 2 weeks now and no complaints. Wife installed it took her roughly 1hr ¹/2 in time and only part she had the slightest trouble was were you had to tuck it under the plastic, other then that she had no problems.

Really like it
(2015 Ford Edge) This turned out extremely well, I already had the steering wheel trim pulled off for another project so that made the tucking aspect a breeze. This cover actually lines up nearly identical to the OEM cover in terms of cut. My only knock on this is the directions were a little unclear on the sewing part. A quick Google search got me sorted on that. I also wouldn't have minded a directional sticker or something since the cut was very similar front and back. Other than that, no real complaints. This is definitely a project that is time consuming for the stitching, I'd say a little over an hour maybe. I wish my sewing abilities were a bit better but the end results really look pretty decent. The needle and thread were the right size and nice and durable. I only used the adhesive in 5 small spots on the bottom, between the stitches and tucking it seemed unnecessary. The material itself is also much softer than I had anticipated, feels nicer than the OEM one, will be curious to see how it holds up.

Great cover!
This steering wheel cover is excellent. It is really well-made. The material is durable. It fit my 2018 Ford fusion like a glove. It feels good in your hand. It came with everything that was needed. The directions weren’t that good but it was easy to figure out. My 16-year-old did this in probably two hours or so. It was not that hard at all. I would definitely recommend this.

Worth it!!
I absolutely love the results! Please be aware that the installation will take a few hours if this is your first time. The hardest part for me was tucking the material under the trim pieces. Once that was complete the sewing was easy. I did have a second person help me with the long string on the top of the steering wheel so it didn't constantly get tangled. I would highly suggest doing this project if your steering wheel was worn out like mine. I also love that it gives it just a little bit of a sporty look and the thickness of the steering wheel feels perfect.
