I just got this today so I don’t know if it “works” persay but it’s unbelievably comfortable. I got the XS because I have very tiny hands and it fits great. My finger is probably just hare smaller than a size 5. The stone (pearl) is a bit larger than I would have liked, but it’s very pretty and I’m sure I’ll keep it. For a stretch band, it fits great and is comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This is the third ring of this kind I have purchased. Since I never take them off the middle finger of my right hand they do finally become dull, but they really do work for appetite control and for ease of joint pain. Maybe you have to be a believer, but I am rarely hungry and I am losing weight. Plus I get lots of compliments because it is a really pretty and unusual ring! For Christmas last year I purchased 9 of them for my grown girls, my grown grandgirls and my sister! And they all loved them as well!

This is a pretty ring and I get lots of compliments on it. I lost the original one I purchased at a different location, but I found this one on Amazon.One of the crystals is missing, but it’s not worth the return/exchange and not really noticeable.Other than that, I do like it.

This ring appears to be working. I can walk past a bowl of chocolate candy at work without a second thought. Something that was very difficult in the past.

It’s got a weird fit

It broke 2 weeks after I bought it. It was soooo cute. I can’t buy another because I know it won’t last

I am not too much of a ring person because I work too much with my hands and they tend to get in the way and become a nuisance, but a ring like this fits perfect and is controllable, but looks good too.

The beads fell out of this ring so fast! I wasn’t going to bother to return it but it was so cheaply made. And it was like $17 with tax. Don’t bother. You won’t be happy.
