Q: I'm looking for a container to protect my granola bars in my backpack. Do you think this could hold a few bars without crushing them?

The case is hard, but still has some flexibility. A small sandwich container might be another option.

Q: How many colored pencils would you say fit in this case?

Q: Can you put small ink bottles in one side and pens in the other?
