Disappointed that there were no pictures of the recipes.

Unorganized
I sent it back because the table of contents is unorganized. The recipes are listed in page order not alphabetical. Also a bunch of the recipes start with the words air fryer instead of the food you are cooking. Example: if you wanted to look up a recipe for chicken; you would have to look at every recipe under the meat category to try and find one.

Disappointing Cookbook
I ordered this book specifically because I thought it was going to have recipes for the Air Fryer 360. Several of the recipes say put your ingredients in the tray. I have the 360 not a cheap one with the tray!!! Most cookbooks are for the tray type which is why I bought this one!! There are no pictures and the whole book is in black and white.

Poorly written and organized, no pictures
A big disappointment. It has nothing to do with the Emeril 360. The book contains many typos and grammatical errors, and feels as though it was written over a weekend. The recipes are pedestrian and use unhealthy convenience foods. Toaster strudels? Later in the "recipe" they are called "toaster straddles." Really? I was hoping to find information on using various features to do things like reheat leftovers, but ended up searching online to find what I needed. I'm still reeling from the toaster strudel/straddle "recipe." I wonder if there's an actual air fryer cookbook out there somewhere. This one is a hot mess.

Do not buy this book!
It was not proofread and is teeming with errors and missing key ingredients. Gives unsafe instructions for use of your appliance. In the opening it tells you to NEVER use foil in your fryer, because they claiming it will start a fire and then in the recipes they tell you to use foil. Also, many of the recipes are ridiculous! Do you really need to be told to put aa premade frozen pot pie in the oven and call it a recipe? Many of the recipes are this sort of thing. Lastly, the cooking instructions are wrong or vague "just keep cooking it until its done".If you really want to waste your time with this, at least get the Kindle version for $.99, but even that's too much!!
