Pickled Pink Ginger Slices 454g Jar by XO

This was a good quantity for the money ,lovely and crunchie ,but it is hotter than I expected. Still it's great if you have a sore tummy and it adds a little fire if you throw it through a salad.

We usually buy WAGAYA pink sushi ginger but it wasn't available for next day delivery so we thought we'd try this brand.Whilst being acceptable it is far coarser and not as refined.Needless to say, once this jar is empty we will be going back to our old favourite.
