Great trainer for the whole family and the bands have made such a difference in the recovery from tennis elbow

Great product for hand strength and health
I'm really impressed with the build quality of both the gripper and bands. I gave one set of bands to my wife and one for me for use at work to get the blood flowing when working in front of the computer. Our hands feel way less stiff and overall more healthy. The CoC Trainer is great for people to start of with. I got myself the CoC trainer, #1 and #2, it's great working out with them. For anyone interested in buying the gripper remember to treat it like any other gym equipment and train with it after a good warmup and have a set number of reps and series.
