I love this version for kids to get the story

I bought this to read to my grandsons. I've read Dracula by Bram Stoker; I was pleasantly surprised that this child -friendly book, was able to keep many nuances from the original.

Funny story for kids

I bought this on a whim and was thoroughly impressed with the accuracy to the source material. It omits some of the more salacious things that Jonathan Harker experienced after Dracula left and omits Renfield but otherwise it's pretty close. The blood has been replaced with a red pepper stew... though it has a rich color and smooth texture that if you weren't told otherwise...My girls were enraptured with the book and I enjoyed reading through it as well. Very fun for the spooky time of year.

Totally funny how they tried to make Bram Stoker's Dracula appropriate for kids.

My niece and nephew just loved this book! And so did I! Mickey has done it again!

Maybe just a truncated cash-grab, as seen by reviews from parents who are confused to who this is created for. Could have seen this fleshed-out...with more bite... as an old-school, Sunday newspaper panel series.
