Inconsistent tinning
It is a beautiful copper pan but it arrived with the tinned surface quite irregular almost like large bubbles in the surface giving it an irregular vs smooth surface

Bellissimo!
After reading articles about the world's best focaccia that led to the door of an Italian coppersmith, I was intrigued. It arrived several days ago, beautifully and carefully wrapped. It is perfect! That the 14" pan was made entirely by hand makes this pan a true work of art. Hopefully next week I can make my first Chi Spacco's focaccia. I'm still in lockdown, and this beauty traveling half-way round the world to my kitchen in Kansas brought tears to my eyes. I'm 71 and days of international travel may not be in my future. My beautiful pan spans time and space, and gives me hope.

Stellar looking and matching performance
Without a doubt, this is the best baking I have ever owed. I own a risotto pan from the same company in Montepulciano, Italy. It, after 100 or so risotti, is in near perfect condition. The baking tray is ideal for even pizza and making fresh bread. Expensive yes but I think worth even dollar. Treat yourself.

Must have!
Not only is this pan a thing of beauty - it is just wanted I need to start making a thin focaccia bread I learned about on Best Thing I Ever Ate. The quality of this pan is amazing and produces - crispy, evenly cooked baked goods. I cannot recommend this seller enough. I ordered it thinking it would be weeks before receiving and I had it within days. Absolutely thrilled.
