Not worth it.....
This book is certainly the worst book I've ever bought. The text has a big number of errors, punctuation and context errors. The photos are terrible, indistinct and fuzzy.Do not buy this book!!!!!

Body weight workout guidelines
This book provides guidance for exercise that requires no other equipment. It is great for the times that stay at home orders are in effect and the gyms are closed. You may need to review a couple of times to build routines since there are no suggested routines. It suggest number of reps for each exercise.

Good knowledge and exercise base.
A few grammatical errors and typos but nothing that distracts from the reading. Overall good explanations of exercises and their application.

Basically for beginners
Not much to say but mainly for beginner(s). Someone who need to get fit and build strengths. Otherwise something being told in the book I already knew.Would I recommend, as mentioned I would for a beginners.

This ebook has a decent collection of exercises, but it was not well written. I think it's worth a look through for the price.
