Needed these to route the cable on an external dropper seatpost. They worked perfectly and the adhesive is 3M and is very strong. Didnt even need to use the provided zip ties. Overall, a great product serving its purpose, but its a little pricey for just 4 plastic guides.

I needed to run the rear brake cable a long the top of the top tube on my aluminum framed Cannondale. The tube is roughly square and tapered toward the seat tube. I have chosen not to use the adhesive mounting tape on the bottom of the clips because they are curved for a round tube and the tube is flat on top, so Iโm relying only on the zip ties. This works ok, though the front clip will twist a little. All will float a little and will loosen if moved back, but thatโs useful when needing to clean under it. The cable goes loosely through the clip, it is fully captured, but it can slide through it freely. With the proper mounting tape I could stick the clip to the top tube, but the cable would still slide trough the clip. On the down side, the end of the tie wrap is a lump that restricts where the bike hangs on the car carrier. So these clips are not the best, but they work well enough a provide a solution for many bicycle tube diameters.

works well for my purpose of running a new cable in alternate location where there were no cable guides. Adhesive adhred well, but used the zip tie as well for added insurance.

It allows the brake hose to move with the suspension, but keeps it inline with the fork.

Works as it should for routing cables.
