Okay - but
This is okay. It basically says get up early, prioritise and make sure you take care of yourself. I quite enjoyed it. Don't do it, but I quite enjoyed it.

Good ideas but overloaded with filling content
I read the book cover to back. The content added value to me, I am already planning and applying some of the principles on the book. My 3 stars is due to the extreme repetition of the same information and the overuse of testimonials and filling content. The true value of the book is in about 30 pages (out of 143) and for the most practical parts of the books it sends you to a website to get the guides and how-to's which could have been added in the book.I personally never read "summaries" of books but in this case it made me wish I did.

Inspiration.
What an inspirational book. If you want to get into great habits to set yourself up for the day then I highly recommend this book. Easy and quick to read. I read it over 2 days as I really wanted to get on with my Miracle Morning.

Get to the Point
The main point of getting up early to give yourself purpose makes sense. It takes forever to get to the point and then he lectures with lots of examples. Then he touches on issues like prescription drugs. Excuse me but are you a psychiatrist? No. So don't tell people that it's bad to take medication. If someone is experiencing a crisis over a period of time, it is good to see a doctor and potentially get referred to a specialist because mental health isn't solvable with just some tips if there is a medical issue so don't undermine the industry if you don't understand it but think people can go without drugs. Reminds me of anti-vaxxers who think we don't need vaccines.
