I've had this baby for 2 years
I bought this backpack in 2021, and I have loved the style of it. I use it every week day for school and work, and I'm quite impressed that nothing has broken considering it's price. I've had other backpacks where the zippers eventually break on the smaller pockets but that hasn't happened at all. Also, I usually get nervous when I see straps like this without much padding, since they can be painful to wear, but I didn't have many issues with discomfort; the exception being on hot days when I'm wearing tank tops, but that's just because I'm sweaty and the leather sticks to my skin.My issues with this bag are minimal but ultimately are the reason I'm replacing it now. My first issue: I can technically fit my MacBook Pro 15" in the bag and still get the straps to click for the top flap, but I can't zip up the bag around it. This seemed fine at the time, but because I have to walk 15 minutes to and from work, I sometimes get caught in the rain without an umbrella. The bag itself deflects the rain, but I've always been nervous about my MacBook and iPad getting ruined if any rain were to get in through the gaps. This has not happened, but I've decided I want the peace of mind. Ultimately, it really is my fault for not making sure to check the size of the bag lol. So if you're looking to carry a 15" laptop in this bag: You technically can do it and the top will snap shut, just be aware that the zipper underneath will not (at least not without struggle). My second issue is small, but is now getting old. Because this bag snaps shut, it can be difficult to close on days where I need to bring extra items with me. Since I'm already pushing the laptop size, I can only really fit my ipad, a sketchbook, and a planner along with my chargers in the main part of the bag and still have the straps click shut with ease. I've figured out ways to maximize the space, and can sometimes shove some things in there, but I recently got some over the ear headphones and their case doesn't really fit well in the bag. I have managed to shut it but it looks weird and lumpy, and if you leave the straps hanging then they hit the bag when you walk and it sounds kind of obnoxious/annoying. Someone else with a smaller laptop/no laptop might be able to fit more though.Overall, I really do love this backpack and plan on keeping it. I really did enjoy using it and used it for two years, so it is durable for work/school purposes. I recommend it if you tend to travel light, but if you have to bring multiple, chunkier things around with you, then be prepared to do some shoving. I'm upgrading to a different bag because I don't have a vehicle, and I want to be able to walk to work/school with my yeti water bottle, an umbrella, and my headphones on top of the default of my ipad, macbook, chargers, and 1-2 notebooks, and this backpack unfortunately won't fit everything.

Great Quality!
This backpack is very well made and designed! I got the black one. Good finish with no scratches or blemishes, and it feels like leather, even if it isn't. It's got the soft sheen of real leather, and doesn't have that cheap patient leather plastic look that many faux leather items can have. It's both supple and rugged, with good zippers, buckles, and magnetic snaps that actually work very well. The overall stitching is very well done. The straps are of good craftsmanship as well, plenty thick enough, with the outer face being made of leatherette, with a tough canvas backing. It's nicely lined, with good inside dividers, and good pockets on the inside and back outside. The size and proportions are great! Can hold as much as a medium to large messenger bag, but without the unwieldy bulk, and lays pretty flat on your back. It also arrived very quickly and well packed. Great deal!, as I feel it's worth double the asking price!

Comfortable, sturdy and stylish!
Thi bag is very comfy to carry on one shoulder, or two and doesn’t bulge out like I thought it might! I’m testing it out to see if it will be my purse/bag for an international trip. I love it! Only thing I would change is to make the inside pockets longer/deeper so as to carry my paint brushes. My solution will be to have some small zippered pouches inside—it does feel like items I stash inside could get lost and I’d be digging forever to find them haha. So some diff colors of pouches will solve that issue. It’s tall/long enough to fit my drawing tablets (multimedia, watercolor and drawing papers). The pockets inside are handy for some snacks like dried fruit & nuts. The bag is very sturdy! Important b/c I can be quite rough. It also needs to hold up in wind, sand, and heat. It’s 106F here today & it held up great! No melting 🤣🤣. I did think the zipper went the whole length of the inside. However, it only covers the top and has a shallow width gap on either side of the bag. Sand and stuff will def get in..but where I’m going sand and sea are bound to get in anyway. I’ll post a review it again post-trip :)

Nice backpack for a good price.
I really like how soft the leather on the backpack is, it's okay quality. The build quality is pretty solid and it has held up pretty well for the past month at college. I wish there was more compartments and easier way to close and open the backpack as it can be a bit fiddly. I like it and will update this review in a few more months.
