Fits like glove
Very tight fit, no spaces left, I just installed to save a coffee spill... easy to pressure wash and put it back... the color match perfectly my seat covers... I have been using Weather Tech products for more than decade, they are pricy but great quality

Fits my 2020 RAV4 although it does shift slightly (0.5 to 1") forwards and back.

It's made of slippery plastic
It's made of a semi-hard plastic, so everything slides around on it & the mat moves too whilst driving.I was hoping for something that offered a little grip. The Toyota OEM mat in my previous RAV4 was far superior.Due to the plastic material, it does not conform to the trunk very well & curls up in the corners a little.I'll probably be replacing it with a rubber mat, or OEM Toyota.
