For Indian cooking where we use a lot of spice and oil and a lot of slow cooking , the cookware would wear out fast . Nothing sticks here , cooking is so easy and cleaning is even easier . I love it . And highly recommend it . Plus it looks great too!

It took me about 3 weeks of researching replacements for the pan set I have had for the past 6 years and I've gotta say after the time I've had with these I don't think I could have found pans better than this even if going to a kitchen geared store were an option.The weight is perfect, not too heavy but definitely in no way thin.Coloring is holding up really well with all the heat I've tested with, no changing so far.They are nonstick but because they heat up evenly all over the pan I would suggest starting at a low heat for things such as eggs- because hello super heat!I don't cook with oil fully, mostly just a taste additive for me but if you area heavy oil user this set will do wonders.Note for those reviews complaining about the handles, I will say this: READ FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Clearly states it is a woodwork coating. As in it's not actually wood, just aesthetic. I haven't experienced any coating peeling or chipping. Things happen in shipment all the time, Nothing was damaged.Wash the utensils by hand- dishwashers can warp wood handles for one and if you have a old one like me can sometimes leave a soap film after going through a cycle. No lingering smells from cooking in the silicone either.Definitely recommend, all my friends that work with me in kitchens have been insanely impressed.Just an UPDATE 1/17/2021: These pans still look brand new!! Still very nonstick and I have lately been using them both on the stove top and in the oven. Such a great set!! Only downside is using in the oven will change the color of the handles to a lighter color. This can't really be avoided, but they still look like gorgeous wood.

The package arrived a day earlier than scheduled so I'm extremely pleased. I'm thrilled to say that the product looks exceptional and better than my expectations. I absolutely love it. Thankyou so much. The knows look spectacular and screws on nicely.

We are hard on our pots and pans, so I didn’t feel comfortable spending $300 or more on a set. These are a great price and I can say with confidence that this is by far my favorite set I have ever had. We’ve been using them for breakfast and dinner nearly every day for about a month with no problems at all. SO easy to clean! **One thing you may want to know is that the holes for hanging are a bit oddly shaped, so I just ordered a new set of thinner “S” hooks for about $4... voila easy fix. They look awesome on our hanging rack.

These did not disappoint! Nothing gets stuck to it (that I've experience yet), very nice to look it, and heat up faaaaasssttt!!
