Once again, this is another great case. I have used these cases on my iPad and previous iPhone 6s and always they have performed flawlessly. As a touring guitar tech, I need a case that will protect my devices (whether they be phones or tablets) from the occasional tumbles onto concrete. It happens a lot actually. Originally the only case I could consider was the Otterbox and still they probably are the most bulletproof case but the Supcase is close enough plus it has the added advantage of being less bulky, easier to get in a pocket, is less expensive and kinda looks cooler. If you are an Otterbox fan here are the important things you need to know.... This case fully protects the phone just as well. It’s less bulky and has a built in screen protector as well as belt clip that totally protects the screen. Someone complained that the clip cannot be rotated or adjusted but that is not true. It rotates however you want it. As for the screen protector, yeah, you will see the usual oil effect (same as Otterbox and all plastic screen protectors) when the phone is off. It’s gone when the phone is on. As for functionality all is good. I barely touch it and everything works great. No complaints at all. As for fingerprints, duh. If you don’t want fingerprints, don’t touch your phone! A microfiber cloth will clean everything up just like it does when you have no screen protector. One final note, all buttons and port protectors fit and work perfectly. This case is a tank and works great!

Absolutely love this case! Durable strong and the charging port is wide enough for other charging cables. I did remove the screen protector that it comes with which was extremely difficult. You could probably just cut out the screen cleaning and be fine. I tried to take the whole thing out every piece of it. But if you take the screen out and use a better quality screen protector that is case friendly it becomes a beautiful masterpiece!! Hardly any gap from screen protector to case. This case has the best wrap around coverage as well. And if you drop it flat on it’s face it as enough of a lip it shouldn’t even touch the screen unless you drop it on a rock then hopefully that better quality screen protector is there! Best case out there. It does add some weight and thickness but it’s not bad.

Shortly after receiving the case I went hunting. Lost my phone on dirt road. Found it two days later and it had been run over multiple times. It was laying in the tire tracks and I had gone up and down that road at least four times in aDodge Ram 1500looking for it! The phone was intact! It was somewhat bent and the off/on button was stuck and the face recognition stopped working BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WORKED! THE GLASS WAS NOT SHATTERED! What frustrated me when applying the case was that there were two films on the protective clear shield, inside and out. I did not know it had one on the inside and thought it was maybe poor construction because it appeared that air bubbles were on surface of my phone. My wife even said she thought it was a protective cover but I said I had removed it. It wasn’t till I went to AT&T store that the rep there realized it was a protective covering on shield and removed it. I was then very happy!!

Do not purchase if you have an IPhone X, I usually purchase my phones every 4 years. I purchase my brand new IPhone X and immediately put this case on because I had it on my IPhone 6 and it worked well. In less than two weeks I had my phone in my pocket reach for my keys the phone drops out. I had no clue that the back of the phone was shattered until I went to the apple store and they took case off. Called customer service and explained my fustration can only refund $16.00 switched to Otter Box!!

I have used SUPCASE products since my Iphone 6...this is actually my 3rd one. I don't use the belt clip, but love the rugged protection of the case (and trust me, it's survived more drops than I care to admit). The built-in screen protector was (and still is) the biggest selling point for me...as I absolutely hate installing those stand-alone ones. After 2 months, this case continues to be excellent in every way...
