Stylish, low profile, make even large wide feet look dainty!
When I was a kid, I broke my foot. Somehow these fit me size 10 W!Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2024These are stylish, cute, low silhouette, elaborate boat shoes that do not look blocky nor big, which Is rather surprising since my size is a 10 W! Almost never shoes even fit me since I broke my foot as a child and the healing process caused the side of my foot to broaden. They are styled in such a way that they actually look small just as they do in the product picture. Somehow, they do not press on the side of my foot which has the permanent healed bump without it showing at all, so no pain. These are a design marvel. My large feet look small and stylishly streamlined. The shoes will look wonderful on anyone since they look fantastic on me. I’m the ultimate test.

Happy to find this lesser known style of Sperry's
This is the same style as my first pair of Sperry's over 10 years ago. It took me 4 years to wear them out. Great shoe. I could never find them on line or in the store until recently. My feet have changed a lot and I now take a full size larger and a wider width. I was so happy when they came and fit perfectly. The heel never rubbed (no blisters from the first pair either). Arch and shoe support was perfect. The seam over the bunion didn't rub. The top of the shoe was low like a loafer. It was like finding a long lost friend. They do run a little snug so consider a wider width, larger size, or both. Well worth the price. They are real leather, removable insoles, non slip soles. They will last several years.

Very nice, Angelfish fits looser than Rosefish.
I have both the Angelfish and the RoseFish. On sizing. Amazon keeps saying I wear a 7, but their logic does not incorporate the shoes I bought in a 7 are hiking boots, which are always sized up a half size for swelling and socks. I wear a 6.5 medium width in Skechers, pumps, flats, Clark’s, Steve Madden, Naturalizer. I got these in a 6.5 and they fit fine for length. The toe box is wider than the Rosefish so they fit looser. They are a touch wider than the fit of the Rosefish. Rosefish are definitely snugger than these Angelfish, but I am keeping both. Angelfish is more for being able to quick flip off the shoes whereas Rosefish you can’t do that. You need to use leverage with another foot or your hand to take off those. Very nice shoe. I plan to have these several years as they last a long time. Great deal to get them on sale.Unlike the Rosefish, the Angelfish you can tighten the laces somewhat, but not a lot.

First pair of Sperry's
I am so glad I bought these shoes. I think they are cute, I can wear them three seasons out of the year with pants or shorts, and because of the color I got (linen/oat) they go with everything. I had originally gotten them just for work, but they have become my go-to shoes and I wear them nearly daily. When I first got them in May, these shoes were *so* comfortable. I have literally never worn a more comfortable pair of shoes. The padding inside made it feel like I was walking on a pillow. Also, I'm flat footed, so I have a lot of issues when I wear shoes without inserted arch supports, but these haven't needed them and I've had no pain. I can work a 5 hour shift on my feet in these and feel totally fine when I get out of work. I love these shoes. However, they do have drawbacks that disappointed me, especially for the price I paid.1) When I first got them, they tore my feet up. The breaking-in period lasts for about two weeks of frequent wear, and it's tough. They cut into the backs of my ankles and did make them bleed, and they rubbed hard on my pinky toes, causing blisters. (To be honest, they stilll rub my pinky toes pretty roughly, but I don't get the blisters anymore. I didn't order a wide, but I probably should have and I imagine that would have helped alleviate a lot of the rubbing.)2) The laces have come untied. I thought they were stitched into position because these shoes are slip-ons and the laces are really just for show, but apparently not because my left lace came untied just a month after purchasing these, and my right lace came untied 4 months after purchasing. And you cannot retie these laces to look the same as they did, and they will not stay tied even if you could.3) I bought these with the intent to wear them for a very long time. I was tired of spending $15 on a shoe that would disintegrate by the end of the season, so I sucked it up and spent more n a shoe I thought would be more durable. And these are more durable, for sure, but not by a terribly large amount. I've had these shoes for about 6 months now and the insides are shredding. I admit I wear them nearly everyday, so they've endured a lot of wear, but I still expected a little more. The heel pad has been worn out so I no longer feel so much like I'm walking on a pillow, and the pads inside the shoes have started to tear. Also, the lining inside the shoes has just recently begun to come unattached from the shoe. When I pull my foot out, the lining will come away with my foot just a little bit right now, but I'm sure it will be able to come all the way out in a month. I had hoped I'd have longer with them before this happened.4) I thought boat shoes were supposed to be able to grip wet ground? Maybe not? I wore these in the rain once and my feet couldn't get any traction and came right out from under me. I no longer wear these if the ground is wet.I do love these shoes, though. They are comfortable, even with the drawbacks, and I've gotten lots of compliments on them. They are worth purchasing, but I'm just not sure if they're worth the price.
