If it is even real leather , poor quality . Came with rips and tears , looks worn and used , stitching is pulling away . Don’t waste your money.

I had purchased one in Morocco and liked the style and how functional it was. I bought this one to store my babies old clothes that I can't part with yet. I was surprised by how well made it was and luxurious it ended up looking. It's almost too nice for a toddler's room but my little guy loves leaning on it and pulling himself up with it. I will probably buy another one.

First let me say it's absolutely stunning and the detail is perfection! I ordered the white and it'a a true-pure white. I read the reviews about the odor and how it should be aired out, etc. I'm personallly not sensitive to smells like some and tend to deal with "it" until the product works its kinks out. However, knowing what the pouf is made of I still ordered it (emotionally on the fence/feeling a little bad-"yea I'm that person") but thought this would be the perfect addtion to my zen room. Received quickly, opened it up and oh boy!....It does indeed have an odd smell. This is not a typical leather smell (remember this is goat skin- I'm assuming. So here's my best descript: tobacco leaves meets cow manure meets wild leather hide kinda odor. Yep, I said it lol but keep in mind it isn't that it's an absurdly foul odor but it certainly isn't pleasant and it isn't something you can set up in your room right away. I continously placed it outside in a covered area while waiting for the odor to dissipate. Meanwhile here's the kicker, I have a mastiff and the smell put him in a crazed state as if he's hunting prey. (Raised from a puppy and now 5 so I know my boy well). Angry in any direction I had it placed to air out. He just couldn't rest his mind which I promise this is atypical of his personality. I went through almost 2 weeks of hell, waiting for all the planets to align but had to return in order to preserve my sanity and my dog's sanity! Even after I boxed/taped it up he knew which car I placed it in overnight.This is just my experience obviously and I'm guessing/hoping most dogs would not have this same experience. If you have a guarding/head strong type dog (I guess with super-powers) it's just something to consider. I'm giving this 4 stars because the pouf is gorgeous and if you have the time, patience and a chill pet this may be your thing. Namaste!

Forget about the smell. WTF? You are ordering a fresh cut cowhide. Let it air out a few days. That or you could cut your own. Top Quality. Love it! Order another soon.
