Can this paint be used to paint rocks?

You may use Angelus 2-Hard added to regular Angelus leather paint, to allow Angelus leather paint to adhere to a rock's surface.

Can this be used on canvas material?

Yes and nicely so. I use it on wine bottle-holders and purses

Does anyone have manufacturer contact info? I want to know if it will work on rubbed off blue metallic like blue leather jacket?

The pearlescent set is one of Angelus' best sets. The colors stick pretty well. I think youll be happy w the paint.. The manufacturer info should be on their website.

Can this paint work in plastic model cars

I only use this on leather, DecoArt makes a paint for plastic that you could try as an undercoat.
