Q: NO WIRING DIAGRAM! can you help please

OK so here is a more detailed breakdown of the wiring diagram for this switch. Switch IN is the following : Blue/White = 12 volt from battery to power headlight (into the high/low switch) Light Green = 12 volt from battery to power horn (into push button switch for horn) Grey = 12 volt from battery to power turn signals (into Left or Toggle switch) So basically all 3 of these wires can be supplied by one single 12 volt source from the battery, that makes it much easier. Also this switch has no flasher so if you buy a regular or LED flasher wire it between the 12 volt supply from the battery to the Grey wire that goes into the switch for the turn signals. (a side note, am LED flasher has to be wired in the correct direction. If wired backwards it will not flash and your turn signals will ALWAYS be on. So before you start crying, try swapping flasher wires and it might be your problem) Switch OUT is the follwoing: White = Low Beam Dark Blue = High Beam Dark Green = Horn Light Blue = Right Turn Orange = Left Turn (some people refer to this is Red or Light Red, looks orange to me...) Lastly don't forget to add a fuse between the battery and the supply lines. This switch works great for the price.

Q: Does this setup also need a flasher circuit or is it built into the switch assembly

You will need to get a flasher and wire it between the switch and the turn signals. There is no wiring diagram or wire identification, so you have to sort it out, also I had to remove the ground wire from where it mounts to the switch for grounding through the handle bars and just ground through the motorcycle wiring. It took me a couple of days of work, but it works fine.

Q: Does the headlight part have off position or always on--low or high?

No on or off , just low and high.

Q: How long is the wire bundle

I didn't measure it. I know this is imprecise, but it was plenty long enough for my Honda XL500 handlebars to reach around and into the headlight bowl where I had to plug it in to the various connections. Now, on my bike, I had to defeat the automatic grounding of the metal housing. For some reason that messed with the way my old bike (1980) was wired. I don't know how it will work on your bike. The switch has been working like a champ ever since. That was over a year ago.
