❄️ Stay cool, stay ahead—custom thermal pads for the tech-savvy pro!
The SPHINX blue thermal pad is a 100x100x1.5 mm silicone cooling solution with high thermal conductivity (3.2 W/m-K) and a wide operating temperature range (-40℃ to 260℃). It’s non-electrically conductive with a 4kV breakdown voltage, making it safe for sensitive electronics. Easily cuttable for custom applications, it’s a professional-grade choice for GPUs, CPUs, gaming consoles, and TV boards.

Very good product!
Very good thermal pad for the price. Used on DRAM soldered modules in PS4 because Sony cheaped out on thermal pads. Existing thermal pads that Sony used didn't even cover the whole DRAM module, just a tiny square in the middle! Cut some of the SPHINX 1.5mm thermal pads to size and bam! Along with re-pasting the PS4's APU and bigger thermal pads on the DRAM it runs a lot cooler and quieter. I also used these thermal pads on the backside of my GPU, RTX 2070, to gain a little more thermal headroom. Dropped the Hot Spot GPU temp in HWMonitor by 5 C (91 C before, 86 C after). The only complaint I would have for this product is the pad tears easily. Even a soft fingernail touch might tear it. I've used other thermal pads that were a little more durable. But for the price of these pads, and how they are performing no more complaints. Good product!

Very helpful as a spacer inside an iPod
I use these as shock absorbers and heat transfer media inside iPods when I retrofit them with solid state hard drives (iflash.xyz flash drives, for example). These pads ensure that the HDD replacements do not wiggle inside the case, this prevents repeated strain on the hard drive connector cable. Additionally, they help dissipate the heat from warm components, such as the MSATA drive I have in one of my iPods. Plus, they keep the circuit boards well separated. The resultant iPod is light, offers far more capacity, and hopefully will give me many more years of use.

dissolve out oil
This product is ok to use, but I do not know why it is precipitating oil. Everytime I open my computer, there is a lot of visible oil precipitating on the heatpipe and heatsink. The operating temp is just 70-80 degree C, and it is just being used for several months. I hate that oil generated in my computer. Also, in case the thermal pad is very expensive, it is not vary valuable to use.

It would be nice if it could have more of an adhesive quality ...
I used this to help mount an HDPLEX 400W PSU in a computer case where I couldn't screw down the PSU. It's only been there for a couple days and there hasn't been any issues. It's the only thermal pad I've used so I don't have much to compare it to. It would be nice if it could have more of an adhesive quality for my use case.

Works great and easy to work with
Replaced the pads on the heatsink in an old Dell Studio 15 laptop that had been overheating because I needed a computer with a firewire port to transfer some old movies. This padding was the perfect thickness and easy to apply. Laptop is now running cool again.

Perfection!
awesome quality, used it for multiple applications and all work great, will by again soon for a laptop in need of new thermal pads.

Good price, great product!
Used this to replace the pads in my fat PS3 that tore when I changed thermal paste. Simple and a quick fix.
