Q: question to Better Boat. Have you corrected the problem with faulty rivets or are you still providing the same product?

I use it in my home for my hardwood floors and my shower. It’s soft bristles are great. It is a very well made product. I use a long handle from one of my other brooms!

Q: I ordered this medium bristle brush. What i received was a bag that was marked medium, however the brush was marked soft bristle. What is this item?

It is very soft. I use it for more nor scrubbing on my composite deck and boat. If you need heavier scrubbing something else is the answer. Also on the boat I needed to add locktite on the telescoping handle to keep the brush head from unscrewing. Great for surfaces that are subject to scratching.
