Native American Specialties is a true customer service based company! I loved the look of these earrings and couldn't wait to receive them. However upon arrival, one of the two earrings was broken (three breads and the silver leaf was gone). I contacted this company and they replaced them free of charge. I was both please and impressed. The earrings are beautiful. I have worn them three times now, and receive the greatest compliments.
