They do apply smoothly but the colors are not very pigmented.

This is a very pretty neutral pallet. I can get a lot of mileage out of this one. The only thing I wish it had was a non-shimmer pale peach to put down as a base. Most of the colors in the pallet are shimmers.

Inexpensive. I use this pallete daily! I love it. I do have to say, if your looking for a matte pigmented eye shadow pallete, you shouldn't buy this. These eyeshadows are shimmery and aren't that pigmented, so it looks kinda natural.

The Harvest Moon palette contains 16 full sized shadows, half of which are shimmery, whilst the other half look matte in the pan, but are actually satiny & also contain a little bit of shimmer. I wanted to review this palette to tell everyone how great the more shimmery shades are. They feel like butter; so soft, smooth so they just glide on to myth lids, and they wear all day without creasing or fading. The more satiny shadows didn't wow me as much, but they are still very usable - they are a bit more powdery and produce a bit of fallout, but they have good pigmentation and blend & wear almost as well as the shimmery shades do.I think that this palette is a good buy if you like the colours on offer - what you see in the pan is what you get on your lids, and the quality is good for the price. However there is room for improvement; I would have liked some matte shades for the crease and transitioning. The satin shades can be used for this, but I have hooded eyes so prefer to not use non-matte shades in my crease, as the included finishes transfer a tiny bit.

I absolutely love the glittery colours in this pallete, I saw another review saying how they don't think itss good for full eyeshadow look as there are no mattes, and I completely agree. However if you at going for one sweep of colour on the lid them it looks fantastic!
