When I got this lanyard for my son, he was pretty satisfied with it. He says the picture is not deceiving. The lanyard looks and works great. He uses it for keys, ID, a flash drive, and gym membership card and it is perfect. BUT, it is way too long. This is the type of lanyard that would fit someone 5' 10" or taller. If you are shorter than that, you won't like the size of the lanyard. Another thing wrong with it is that it connects with Velcro, instead of just being a big loop, so if you wear it, there is about an inch and a half poking out. We took part of the Velcro off and sewed it on the other side, so it does notpoke out. So overall this product is good, if there was a choice of 3.5, that is what I would rate the lanyard. But if you buyit, just be prepared to make a couple of adjustments.

Bought this for my daughter who has to wear a visible ID card and access badge at work. It’s a good length and the clip isn’t too thick, so it connects to the badge holder easily. On a different lanyard I bought her, the clip was so thick it couldn’t be clipped to the ID card holder w/o adding a key ring in middle. I’d definitely recommend these lanyards. GO TIGERS!

I really like the lanyard but HATE the way it uses the velcro in the back. Yes I know it's for safety but I really think they could've done a better job. As it is now, it sticks straight out behind your neck when the velcro is attached AND this lanyard is REALLY long so be prepared. I plan on taking it by somewhere and resolving the "velco" and length issues so I am cool with this lanyard. In the end I am supporting my Gator Nation at work so I can't complain. GO GATORS!!!!

Was a gift for friend. They already lost keys. I thought it was a continuous ribbon, but I was wrong. The back that goes around neck was attached by Velcro. This part detached while trying to get from one college class to another and the keys are nowhere to be found. The clip part at the bottom was sturdy. Lanyard itself was a bit too long in my opinion, relative to other lanyards bought in past. Ribbon itself was very soft to the touch.

The quality of the item has held up over 3 years. The impriting of the Gator-head logo around the neck portion that comes in contact with my skin is starting to show some peeling, but that is to be expected for the item that I wear 6-7 times a week with my work keys. The metal portion that holds the keys in place is sturdy and the plastic quick-release also works well.

As a die-hard Nebraska fan, Husker themed items represent a significant potion of my clothing and items. This lanyard (after about two months of continued normal use (ala in my pockets, being swung around, etc...)) still looks and feels brand new. I feel like this was a solid investment on my part, though I did have one instance where the velcro backing at the end gave out when I was wearing it around my neck around children. Of course, one could consider this a positive since a regular style lanyard might have broke.
