Q: Hello I have just ordered these is their another type of glue I can apply to ensure these from peeling I’ll be using them as a backsplash in kitchen?

I have mine in the kitchen as a back splash too. I didn't use any and they haven't come loose.

Q: Do these have to be used on tile or can I use them on walls?

Can use on any Existing Tiles also on flat Smooth surface walls, Glass, etc

I would not try it on a textured surface. They peel and restick on a glossy flat surface. I could imagine it going wrong a few ways on a textured wall. I would sand it down first.
