This is adorable soft bear. You press his tummy and he says the prayer in Childs voice. I couldn't understand all words at first but finally figured out Now I lay me down to sleepI pray the Lord my soul to keepWatch me while I run and playKeep me safe by night and dayI recited it to my 2 yr old grandson slowly and now he can say prayer with me. He memorized the words. Makes a great gift and wanted easy prayer for him to say at night..

Q: How long does the prayer function last? Or how long until it sounds like a horror movie remix?

Our grandson just turned 2 in May and we got hit for hi as a shower gift before he was born. I just now ordered a new one and the batteries must have worn out. The prayer was still totally audible until the battery wore out finally
