the product is really nice and soothing to my sensitive and oily skin.

Works pretty good and doesn't leave you feeling sticky. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the pump/dispenser tends to splatter a bit.

I have bad eczema flare ups around my eyes and neck. This is the only cream that calms it down and does not make it worse. I have tried hundreds of creams and spent a lot of money over the years. This is the only cream I keep buying! I have also tried the night cream from the same range, but this one is better. I hope that Burts Bees will never discontinue this product. I rarely write reviews but knowing that eczema can be such a debilitating condition, I thought it might help people who suffer from it.

I’m super happy with this product - I’ve added a little before and after pic as I’ve beenUsing this product for a month now, my eyes are so puffy and sensitive I can even wear make - I’ve been searching for something like this for ages - and it’s actually one of the cheapest I’ve used.As u can see from the pics my eyes have improved, I the pictures are great - but hopefully u can see the difference.

This face cleanser is possibly the best cream cleanser I've tried in ny life. I have been using it for 4 years and couldn't be without it.The negative reviews on using this face cleanser COMPLETELY WRONG lolIt does remove makeup brilliantly, especially waterproof mascara it will literally remove any type of makeup without drying out the skin.But you have to use it with a face cloth!You apply it to dry skin, massage all over to break up the makeup or spf, then add some water and massage your face again to emulsify it. Then take a wash cloth or face cloth and gently wipe it away. Then rinse with water. If you don't have super dry skin, then you can follow this with a gentle low foaming face wash,(I love simple micellar water boost cleanser) to remove any product left over.This is my 2 step routine and I have naturally oily,acne prone skin that is extremely sensitive, but I also use many prescription acne gels/creams which massively dry my skin out and this cleanser helps loads with that.It doesn't cause breakouts or irritation it really is my holy grail product.Also, must add that if you ever find your skin barrier is compromised then you can also use this as a face mask. I slather a load of this on and leave until dry, then rinse and use face wash and my skin is so much calmer and much more hydrated.I also use the oat cleansing balm from the inkey list and that is fantastic too, but this burts bees one can be used as a face mask which works amazingly, whereas the inkey list balm doesn't really do much when used as a mask.

This face cream is perfect for people with sensitive skin, and also for any kind of skin tone, sometimes my skin is oily or dry, or combination. It doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. You only need a little bit to moisturise your face. Leave it feeling soft and hydrated.The only face cream I will use. It also lasts such a long time because you only need a little bit.The only downside is the bottle seems to shoot the cream out of it, whereas previously it would just push it out gently, so just be ready to catch it.Will be buying more for sure. Great product.

I don’t usually ever leave feedback, particularly negative, but I just felt so disappointed and annoyed having spent money on this. When used it to take make up off and wash my face it felt really thick and oily and when I looked in the mirror my face make up was still on. I splashed my face with water and went again with the face wash really scrubbing my face but my make up wouldn’t come off. When I took a cotton wool pad with some toner I had so much make up left on my face it was like I hadn’t used any face wash at all. I gave it a second go and the result was the same. I was hoping to find a cleanser that cleanses and removes make up like most cleansers, so if you are looking for a face wash that will remove make up I would not recommend this product.
