I love this earthing sheet, I am sleeping better, it's comfortable, it barely moves and the dog loves it to, she sneaks on it when I'm asleep, she is 11 and it's helping her joints, no more morning stiffness. I would recommend.

It doesn't ground you!
The media could not be loaded. I had mine on for over a month before deciding to test it is working with a multi meter. It turns out, the wire doesn't conduct at all so it isn't grounding you! I ordered a new one, and will send the first one back, but the new one arrived and this does not conduct, either! Bare in mind, I'm an electronics engineer by trade!

Felt the effect from night 1
This was amazing. I wasn't sure it would work. But it does. My sleep has been noticeably sounder & more refreshing since starting to use this. It arrived in good time too. No excess packaging.The only point I might mention is that for the price, it would have been better for it to be a full double bed size. Especially as I do move around in bed. Otherwise really pleased with the product.

Falling asleep like a baby every night.
Since I have been using the earthing sheet, I have been getting a much better night sleep. My energy has been up during the day. Swift delivery time, I recommend Get Grounded earthing sheet.

Doesn't do anything for us.
I'm afraid this had no effect whatsoever, for either myself, or my grandson.In addition, while it is long enough to tuck under at the top and bottom, it is too narrow to fit from either side, consequently, if you are a restless sleeper, as he is, it just wrinkles up, becoming uncomfortable.A waste of £73 as far as I am concerned, and am returning.

Not worth the purchase
Many apologies but this made me feel unwell, made me feel really hot 🥵 and I could not sleep.

Much Quicker Recovery Time
The main benefit I have noticed since sleeping on this grounding sheet is that when I have exerted myself more than usual (DIY, heavy gardening, very long walks, long horse rides), I don't ache anything like I would usually. So my recovery time from over exertion is much reduced. My energy levels are slightly higher generally too. Highly recommend.
