Does it leave your skin white or is it unseen?

I have used this on my daughter for a few years. Last year I rarely noticed white on her form the block. This year I cannot get the white off of her skin even in the tub. I’m not sure what has changed…?

Does this sunscreen continue to be FSA and HSA eligible in 2023?
