Product is nice and very moisturising, although I’d suggest putting a sheet of paper in between each one to make it easier to just grab one as how it currently is. It’s very hard.

Arrived quickly. Looked okay but the outside box was very damaged - wrote it off as the shape of the packaging inside not holding well to the shape of the outside packaging. Turns out that there had been some sort of leaking or liquid damage to the sealed (in a plastic wallet) box. The rest of the product seems okay and I can't spot any other damage, so it may even be a one off and I just got unlucky. I wouldn't be as bothered if I hadn't bought it as a birthday gift. May buy again just to see if this is a common occurrence. Otherwise, it seems like an okay product.

Too much liquid on the product. It also leaked on the packaging. It wouldn’t stay on my lips. It was just gross. Took me about 15 minutes to get to the actual product because the seal to it was too tight. Was ready to bin it and call it a lost! Absolutely hated this. Just stick to a soft brush and lip balm for soft lips. Just was curious to try something new and this was a nightmare! Don’t waste your coins!

These lips masks are ok. Very slimy gel but feels cool and nice on mouth. Need to lie down when using as they will slide off

I normally use this while I prep my skin for my makeup and it makes my lips super soft
