I bought one of these for 17.99 at HF used it twice for a total of about 5 minutes and when I went to use it the third time many months later it just blew all the air out the exhaust and didn't move the file. HF wouldn't take it back because it was over 90 days, so I just bought another one for 17.99. used it maybe once for less than five minutes and now a year and a half later when I need it it barely moves the file and binds up with any pressure. So basically it wasn't worth 17.99 so it's definitely not worth this price they have it listed at.

Weak
I bought mine for $10 on clearance from harbor F. It's junk. The file clutches out with minimal pressure on the workpiece. I haven't tried it but... I'll bet you could stop it with your hand. I returned it.
