Expensive but this Offset Kept Directly Below Support Beam Intact.
Thank goodness for this offset of approximately 4 inches. Directly below my Geberit unit was a compound support beam that could not be cut. This offset allowed me to drain aside of that support beam without compromising centering the toilet down the toilet room's center.Lost a star because of $50+ price.
