Can you verify how many teaspoons or tablespoons each cavity holds?

Some of them can hold just a little less then teaspoon, and some molds can hold just a little more then teaspoon. But generally it is around 1 teaspoon size.

I received my molds and there is no directions or receipe book as stated

I never received an email either with the recipe book, said to go to a www site but nothing there either, how do I get the recipe book?
