Q: How many would I need to make a steady base for a 3 Room human sized lego house?

Not sure, but I will say the edge of mine cracked and broke upon the first few minutes of playing with it so I dont know if it would hold any weight if someone were to walk on it.

Q: Will this snap into a lego table?

I don’t know, I use it on a coffee table.

Q: Is this easy to cut to size?

I think it will probably crack if you try to cut it. My grandson dropped it the first day and the corner cracked off!

Q: Can this snap on top of one of the build N learn mega blocks tables?

Yes it will although it is too big for some of them and if yours has an edge that is higher than the base of the block then it won't be very secure. Mine fit with just one row to spare but if it had the extra rows it would hang off the edge and come off easily.
