do i need to leave the clear pad cover on or is the black lid enough . Fingers get stained touching the liner everytime i hate it

Yes, the cover is imprinted with keep this clear pad on for a reason. If you pad has dried out you can put a couple drops of glycerin, I bought the vegetable high grade and it goes very far. It remoistens the ink and just a spritz of water and it should be ready to go again.

i want to stamp my address on polythene bag, is it possible with this ?

I have not done so but It should work just fine just make sure it gets fully dried.

Can staz on ink be used to emboss?

StazOn dries quickly and does not work well for embossing. Best to use Versamark or other clear sticky embossing agent. you can use pigment inks and distress inks as they dry more slowly.

Can i buy refill bottle for the ranger archival sepia color and other colors? i can only find refills for the black ink on amazon.

I don't know about the Ranger Brand, but the StazOn is made by Imagine Crafts (formerly Tsukineko) and they sell refills on their web site and they sell to many retailers large and small.
