Q: Is this extra virgin?

Dear Buyer, Please note our oil is virgin as we do a single wood press of the almond kernels to get the oil. The almond kernel does not go through any process before the extraction and hence it is called virgin oil. Technically speaking there is no such thing called extra virgin as kernels are pressed raw without any roasting or chemical treatment. Oil can be virgin or non-virgin but cannot acquire any special feature to be called as extra virgin. We hope that your query has been answered. Regards, True Oils

Q: Can I use this for baking?

Yes, but please beware that the oil is very, very MILD so if you’re expecting a robust almond flavor (like I was hoping for)- this is not the right thing to use. Good luck!
