This is the best eyeliner pencil I have ever used, and I've been wearing eyeliner for 40 years! It goes on smoothly (even on elderly eyelids) and stays on all day. I use baby oil to remove it. My eyes are fairly sensitive to makeup products, and this one is a game changer. Yes, the navy blue (they call it femme fatale) is twice the price of the black one, but it's a great color and very flattering, making the whites of the eyes look whiter. I also bought the black one and anticipate an equally positive experience with it, and it's about half the price of the dark blue one.

Bought this because I saw a review about different eyeliners on utube. This came out the best so I thought I would chance it, I already have three or four that don’t last very long. However this one stays put all day! In fact I went to bed with it on and in the morning it looked just as good!! I would highly recommend it ,my only concern is , because it’s so good, is it packed with chemicals that can hurt your eyes?🤔

This is hands down the best eyeliner I have ever tried. I have tried every brand high and low end over the years but this one is the clear winner. Creamy, deeply pigmented, smooth, long wearing, easy to apply. Stop looking at other brands. This is the only one you need. I will purchase this as long as they make it.

This Milani Stay Put Eyeliner STAYS and looks great all day. Another reviewer mentioned the trick of rolling the tip on a piece of paper to keep the tip sharp - perfect. I tried a lot of eyeliner pencils - this is the absolute best!!!
