Pure Ground Black Pepper, 18 oz - One 18 Ounce Container of Bulk Black Pepper Finely Ground, Perfect for Chefs and Pepper Shaker Refills

For some reason, I decided I didn't like pepper when I was a child. It was only a few years ago that I decided that I like pepper, a lot. This is not for snobs who insist on freshly ground pepper. I've heard some foodies making a case for using only that, but I always ask myself, would I be able to tell the difference in a blind taste test? I have about six taste buds, so the answer in my case is no. The company has, in my opinion, made a mistake. They've altered the dispensing cap, and the cap they have now has large holes. Those might be suitable if you're using it in a prison cafeteria, but I use it directly. Fortunately for me, I noticed the difference before disposing of my used-up container, so I simply kept my old cap.

As far as pepper rates this has got to be the gold seal of peppers. A perfectly consistent texture that is as fresh as the day is new. The flavor is otherworldly with the perfect amount of spiciness. I don’t believe there is another pepper that can match this.
