Ive been using the hello hydration shampoo and conditioner for 14 years and its still a good quality for the price to this day. It always provides my hair with a lot of moisture, and i did notice with the new packaging the conditioners formula has gotten thicker which is great!

This product is chunky and not the regular consistency of herbal essences products. It also leaves chunks of conditioner stuck to the tub after use. So weird. I’m not sure if it’s been tampered with or just gone bad but I will definitely not be repurchasing this.

Love everything about it !!,shiny moisturizing,detangles,better than the expensive brand ive tried for a whole year after my hair became rough and broken after switching to non silicon. Tried expensive treatment and masks but stayed rough and broken til i tried this cheap product. And walla!👧so easy.But i hate the blue color please stop using blue ,,,,coconut is not blue to began with ,why so blue??? Leave the color natural

This is my holy grail conditioner. I have type 4A/B hair and it’s moisturizing and gives me the slip that I need.
