Great Quarantine Workout
Great workout you can do while quarantined. Also great for working on hand-eye coordination. Could be a bit difficult to start, but with steady reps you should be able to master the black (primary) ball then be ready for the red (advanced) ball. I'd recommend, two thumbs up!

Fun fitness toy, especially for quarantine
Not quite straightforward putting together and starting playing with, but after you get used to the ball movement it's a fun fitness toy. I bought it for exercising at home in these COVID-19 isolation times, and have it for about 3 weeks now. It gets you off the couch and unlike other exercise equipment, this can keep you interested for long time. I like that there are videos showing how to train with it, but you can also find other ways to use it. Except for punching, I also use my knees and feet as if with a football, and this gives me more of a fun workout, putting me in the mood for further exercises.Punching the ball is not as realistic as in proper boxing because you should hit it lighter and slower to keep it up. It won't increase your strength like hitting a punch bag, but it helps with coordination and slow training of combinations. I don't think that the ball can injure you, but the vibrating string has sometimes hit my nose and eyes. When playing you should face a light-coloured background, otherwise the ball is hard to see.

Better than expected
I received this product and I could not put it down. This is cardio fun. I was going at it trying to be better and my arms started to hurt so I stop and check the time. It was an hour plus. Time sure do fly when you having fun.

kids won't like these. Too difficult.
It looked like something fun for my competitive grandsons. They were so uninterested, they didn't even take it out of the box, even though I bought the boxing gloves that were suggested.

Excellent purchase
Very affordable price, it’s harder than it looks but with everything it takes practice. It’s fun to get into a rhythm, and portable.
