Scope Throw Lever for Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x24 and 1-8x24 with Thread in Lever

Installation was quick easily. It allows me for quick adjustment on my scopes would be buying a couple more.

4/5 stars because tool (1/16" allen key) did not ship with throw lever and because throw lever is not flush fit to the magnification ring (see picture). For those who said they are stripping the throw lever screw, it is not so much the threads that strip, as it is that if you use the wrong hex key allen wrench (1/16"; see picture). That is, it is very easy to wear away the hex key tool face of the top of the screw if you do not go slow. Finish is good, and once hand-tightened only to a 'soft snug,' it stays in place and works just fine. For half the price of the factory throw lever, one really cannot complain. Just go slow and be careful. Once in place, hard throws with the lever showed no slippage. Full range of throw is from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock position and makes magnification changes much easier than stock screw-in nub.

Dosent fit strike eagle 1-8

It fits around the scope, but it moves side to side and doesn’t really stay in place. Not a very good product honestly.

Item did not fit the zoom ring tightly. Needed to install double-sided mounting tape inside the lever ring, spread it to fit over the zoom ring, then remove the ‘spreader’ to allow the lever ring to contact the zoom ring and tighten the screw.

I ordered this aim assist which was supposed to be for my Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x, however I recieved one that was too big. Seems like a well built product and the price was half what vortex charged for their throw lever, but what good is it if it isn't what I ordered!?...disappointing!

got it, went to install it, barely tightened it down and the threads popped on the first throw
