I don’t even know why this blanket got so many five star reviews. It’s made poorly, very thin. Velcro is on the face side. It’s thin and rough. I would not recommend it especially if you want to buy for your baby or a toddler to be sitting or lying down on it. The one I received was also damaged by the way they stored it at a warehouse I guess. Really disappointed, will have to try to return it for full refund.

Ordered 3 of these as graduation gifts. Without even opening them, I took them to the local monogram shop. Shop called to tell me that two of them had strange spots on them…coppery colored…like maybe a big got smooshed between the layers. I went ahead and had them monogrammed and then brought them home and washed. The spots didn’t come ALL the way out, but almost. However, it seemed like some of the threads stripped or pulled during wash. I went ahead and gave as gifts…but was a little disappointed with the quality.

Colors in the one called "blue line" are more muted than shown in the pic (see my photo)...just FYI. Seems to be made well but I would not describe it as soft like the description says. Has a strong plastic smell that I am sure will fade. Really easy to unfold and refold. I am keeping it, as I think it will suit my intended purpose of putting it under our beach towels in the sand.
