Damaged and leaked bottle cap
I like the product and not first time ordered this. The bottle came with plastic wrapped, well placed in box. However the cap was damaged and leaked, I can’t imagine how the bottle is that broken when the box is still in good shape???. There were no option to claim for replace or any customer care. Rate 3 stars as for the Bronner itself! Would be 1 star for the service!
