This product is terrible.. everytime you put it in the microwave, the stuffing burns! I had to throw it out

Its super amazing product for frozen shoulder pain. Just microwave for 3 min and it can be used for 1 hour. It releases mussel pain instant.

So, four stars for pain relief because heat can only do so much. But it does absolutely help encourage tense muscles to soften, and invites me to take 10 minutes to relax. (Would be soothing in chilly weather too!) It warms evenly and quickly in the micro (ours is 1000W and it takes about a minute 15). Holds heat quite a while. Drapes with a bit of weight over full shoulder, back of neck and between upper shoulder blades too. The lavender scent is not fake (I HATE fake lavender scent!!) This is light and creamy authentic lavender which is most noticeable right out of the micro and then either dissipates as it cools or I get used to the aroma. Fabric is super soft. Can't find any fault with it. Treat yourself or someone you love!

It is heavy, which makes the muscles relax and smells nice. I min in microwave makes it nice and warm. Relaxes the muscles nicely.

I love this neck wrap it's not that heavy it's just right and the way it wraps around feels super I can wear it while I'm working and not have the tension build up in my neck and shoulders so far so good just like it says and even better it can be hot or cold

Ok I was looking for a portable heating pad. I had a severe muscle strain and muscle spasms. I read through countless reviews of various products, but when I saw Sharper Image I automatically thought winner...well not so fast. The pros...it's weighted so the pressure feels so good. The aroma is fabulous, not overpowering at all,and the price was very reasonable. The con is it DOES NOT hold heat for long max 15 min and that's frustrating because I don't want to have to keep getting up & down to place in the microwave. I did heat it for 3 minutes but check after every minute to assure it wasn't getting to hot. I will also use it for a cold compress and see how that works. Overall I'm ok with keeping it, and yes I'd purchase from this seller in the future.

Highly recommended. Keeps your neck warm when it’s stiff and stays in place. The design and weight is exceptional. My favorite one to date. Great idea for gift giving.
