Got this Tempur neck pillow as the Obus one is way too big to pack for travel and it is not firm as it used to be. Plus it has a flat bottom.... I got this as it seemed smaller and would fit better under my neck. Bingo! Its foam is incredibly soft yet firm enough to support my neck well. It is round so it fits snugly on my shoulder as I am a side sleeper. It is small enough that I can still wear headphones if I want to. It is dark so it conceals any oil from the skin. It has a comfortable plushy feel and its middle contours allow for a slight gap to avoid any overheating during hot flushes. It comes with a nifty carrying case which is great to pack when traveling and keep clean. I have always had good experiences with every Tempur product I have purchased. This is neck pillow is no different. Will update after some good wear and tear use. So far AAA++++
