is this the right kind to use on epoxy tumblers?

This is what I use in my epoxy for my tumblers and I love them!!

Could you tell me what basic materials i need for using these inks? i know i need yupo paper, but beyond that, i'm not sure. thanks.

I watched a u tube video tonight, and learned how to use the ink on small white ceramic tiles, so much fun, and the tiles are only about 35 cents each. Tonight was my first night using them, and they are gorgeous. I have the Tim Holtz set 3 bottles for 9.00 then a coupon I got them for 5.00. I may try these piñata inks though.

Is some restriction to take this alcohol link to another country by air??

I took it to MX. I packed inside plastic zip lock bags. I had a note on pkg that it is art ink. Someone got the great idea to open some of the bottles for some reason. Didn’t put lids on tight so had a lot of leakage and waste. Ruined out side of most bottles. Thank goodness in zip lock or I would have had a lot of ruined clothes etc.

Will it stay in the etching and come off the rest of the glass easy I'm using a dremal tool to etch

I etched using a cream which worked great. Put the coloring on the etching which turned out OK. If it's a decorative piece you be OK. The color will not hold up if it's on anything that you will need to wash, such as a glass. Come off even on the etched areas when washed.

Fantastic product ! Love them . They are extremely highly pigmented and are a tiny bit thicker consistency than the Ranger brand . No two brands are exactly the same - I have three different brands - but they all work extremely well together . If you are after a stronger , more vibrant colour , Pinata delivers .

Dieses Starterset ist perfekt für das Experimentieren und Arbeiten mit Alkoholtinte geeignet. Beeindruckt war ich vor allem von den kräftigen Farben, die auch nach dem Trocknen erhalten bleiben. Als Papier habe ich Yupo-Papier verwendet und zum Verdünnen habe ich kein teures Spezialmedium, sondern Isopropanol 99,9% verwendet. Das hat wunderbar geklappt. Sehr wichtig ist auch noch zu erwähnen, dass man bei der Arbeit mit den Farben in einem gut lüftbaren Raum (am besten bei offenem Fenster) und am besten mit Nitrilhandschuhen arbeiten sollte. Da die Farben auf Alkoholbasis sind, haben sie einen beißenden Geruch und reizen Haut und Schleimhäute.
