Fighting is best done with bare feet, or full articulation in the feet and legs. And running is more efficient and fast when barefoot. Not sure what you mean by solved. Not sure what you mean by old either, but size for these shoes run small meaning if you wear a 10.5 normal shoes you SHOULD go up a size or size and a half. 11.5-12 is suggested for V-Trail shoes.
