Q: Can you boil this bag?

Boiling can shorten the life of the bag and it may be best to cool your ingredients a bit first before you strain it.

Q: What is the best way to clean this bag after use?

Per product instructions: "Hand or machine wash in warm water using fragrance free soap or detergent. Air dry, do not put in the dryer. It will be dry when taken out of the washer after the spin cycle. For any stains, we recommend soaking the bag in a little warm water with a 20% hydrogen peroxide mixture. Avoid any products with bleach in them as they will damage the nylon."

Q: Has anyone ever used this for cheese?

Yes, the bag can be used for making cheese. If you are making nut cheese; after blending your nuts, place the cheese mixture in the bag to ferment. Then hang with drawstring above a bowl or sink to catch the water. Once its fermented mix in herbs and spices. You can also use it for making kefir cheese using the bag instead of cheesecloth and just squeezing out the whey instead of hanging it to drip out. This makes it much faster.

Q: Can it be washed in the dish washer?

Yes, but with 2 minor caveats: (1) Drawstring: After rinsing out any particles/residue of whatever I strained (nut pulp, coconut pulp, butter, yogurt, etc), I fold the bottom of the bag up towards the lip, then scrunch it laterally and slip it upright into one of the narrow bins in the silverware rack. I do it that way so that the dangling drawstring can't reach down into the heating element and possibly melt during the dry cycle. (2) HEAT: Nylon is heat sensitive, and although the dry cycle on most residential dishwashers doesnt get hot enough to melt it, it does cause it to contract and stiffen a bit with repeated exposure, so I prefer to wash it by hand for making nut milks, and only use the dishwasher when I make butter or drain yogurt ... and I try to remove it before the heat cycle starts.
